Positive Aging of Amends the Public Health Service to require 1 the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants to public and private nonprofit entities for projects to demonstrate ways of integrating mental health services for older adults into primary care settings and for multidisciplinary geriatric mental health professionals on the Advisory Council for the Center 4 designate as project of national significance the treatment of older adults with substancerelated disorders and 5 require state plans under the Community Mental Health Services Block Grant program to describe outreach to, and services for, older individuals and individuals
